Q: Where Are BrookCore Properties  rental properties Located? 

A: Our properties are located in the Dallas Fort Worth area in Texas.

Q: What type of residences are offered for leasing?

A: We offer townhomes or single-family homes with three and four bedroom floorplans.

Q: Do you offer furnished homes?

A: No; the properties offered are typically non-furnished.

Q: How do I fill out a rental application? / What is the application process?

A: Once you found a property that you are interested in, an application form will be sent directly to you by our leasing agents who will guide through the application process.

Q: Is Renter's Insurance required?

A: Yes; Renter's insurance is required to cover any damage to the tenant's personal property.

Q: How is rent paid?

A: Rent is paid in accordance to the terms of the lease. We accept personal checks, money orders, Zelle® Pay. No cash or credit cards are accepted as form of rent payments.

Q: Are utilities costs included in the monthly rental fee?

A: No; tenants set up and manage utilities in their own names.

Q: How is maintenance requested by tenants?

A: Tenants can submit a maintenance request through the Tenant Service Request form on our website or directly contact the property management office.

Q: Are there Moving in/Moving out forms available?

A: Yes; A Moving in/Moving out forms will be emailed directly to tenants as needed.

Q: What are our office hours?

Our office is open Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 4 PM CST.  Property showings are by appointments only.
